Yesterday, the government of Alberta announced a State Of Emergency for the province of Alberta due to rising Covid cases.

In light of this announcement, the following government guidelines have been put in place for Places Of Worship effective Sept. 16, 2021:

  • Capacity limited to 1/3 fire code occupancy.
  • Masks are mandatory.
  • 2 metres physical distancing between households, or 2 close contacts for those living alone.

We are still gathering and everyone is welcome... those who are vaccinated and those who are not. In consideration of the 1/3 fire code occupancy, we currently have capacity for everyone that attends and will attend our Sunday Services.

Masks are mandatory and will be provided upon entering the building if you don't already have one. We also have hand sanitizer available.

Psalms 91 reminds us:

“Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. This I declare about the Lord: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him. For he will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease. He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection.”

Let’s continue to uphold our Alberta and Canadian governments in prayer according to 1 Timothy 2:1-4, which says:

“Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.”

Let's pray for those who are working diligently in the healthcare system that they would trust in and rely on the Lord as that is where their strength comes from.

As a church, we believe it's so important to come together as the body, especially in times like these. ‭‭With the current guidelines in place, let us remember the grace that the Lord has shown to each of us, let us also extend that grace to each of those around us considering one another in love. Jesus said they will know you are my disciples by your love for one another!

We are family and we love you all. Let's gather this Sunday at 10AM!

Our love and blessings to you,
Pastors Terry & Melanie
